At megabitemb.com, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Exchanges are only accepted if:

• The item is damaged upon delivery.
• The item is defective or not working.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos or videos of the product.

If your exchange request is approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
