Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
- The product is defective upon arrival
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue

Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will only be approved after our team reviews the issue and verifies the claim.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Delayed shipping caused by carriers
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor packaging damage
- Change of mind
